MMGY Global appoints Presidents of EMEA and Americas regions
Agency veterans Caroline Moultrie and Craig Compagnone to lead regional operations for global integrated marketing firm
KANSAS CITY, MO – MMGY Global, leading integrated marketing firm specializing in travel, hospitality and lifestyle, announced two key appointments to its Global Leadership Team. Caroline Moultrie will serve as President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) while Craig Compagnone is now President of the Americas region.
Supported by new investment partner EagleTree Capital, these appointments allow for focused, scalable growth rooted in world-class service to the global travel, hospitality and lifestyle industries. Effective Jan. 1, both positions report to MMGY Global CEO Katie Briscoe.

Moultrie is MMGY Global’s first President of EMEA. As former Managing Director of MMGY Hills Balfour and Executive Vice President of the World Travel & Tourism Council, Moultrie is a global business leader and strategist with a highly established network of senior contacts across the travel and tourism sector. Her strategic insights and hands-on experience position her as a go-to leader for steering brands toward unparalleled success.
In her new role, she will oversee all operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East for MMGY Global, continuing to shape the industry narrative and drive transformative outcomes at scale.

An 18-year veteran of the agency, Compagnone has supported MMGY Global in many positions and will now serve as President, Americas. His guidance on brand strategy and deployment has led to successful and award-winning marketing solutions for clients across multiple travel industry disciplines, including tourism, hospitality, cruise, attractions and OTAs as well as ownership, operations and commercial development.
Previously serving as President and COO, he helped manage MMGY Global’s expanding geographic footprint – overseeing the growth of its research, consulting and European operations. Compagnone serves on the Destinations International Board of Directors, and he is consistently featured as a presenter and speaker on industry topics. His travel insights are highly regarded by The New York Times, Skift, Ad Age, Travel Weekly and other top publications.
As President of the Americas, Compagnone will lead all disciplines and services for North and South America, inclusive of MMGY Global’s best-in-class integrated marketing, public relations, media and research practices.
